Legal Counsel (Prosecution)

Responsibilities
Manage the prosecution unit
Supervise and conduct the prosecution of criminal cases in the Subordinate Courts
Rendering legal advice and opinions on regulatory and operational issues
Assisting the General Counsel in training and implementation relating to governance and compliance programs

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Singapore-qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years general litigation Post Qualification Experience
Singapore qualified or familiar with local laws
Singapore Citizens or Singapore PRs with the relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good team-player who is able work independently
