Mutual Cooperation Between India & Singapore On Arbitration ?

Channel News Asia reports that India's Law Minister Justice Dr M. Veerappa Moily is currently visiting Singapore..

Moily is visiting Singapore over the next two days and the Indian law ministry says that  Dr Moily and his Singapore counterpart K Shanmugam will discuss issues relating to the development of legal sector, including the growth of the arbitration sector, in both countries and mutual co-operation in that area.

Dr Moily will also give the keynote address at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre's Conference, "India: Prime Global Business Destination - An Arbitral Perspective" today

He will also visit Maxwell Chambers, the Law Society, and the Singapore Management University's Law School.

Dr Moily will also call on Chief Justice Chan Sek Keong and Speaker of Parliament Mr Abdullah Tarmugi.
